Dr. Sarah Varricchio, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Varricchio has been with the Hear Again Center since 2009. Prior to joining the Hear Again Center team, she worked in an ear, nose, and throat clinic and has extensive experience with various aspects of diagnostic audiology. She has a strong passion for hearing aid programming and troubleshooting. Dr. Varricchio firmly believes in the benefit of auditory rehabilitation to work in conjunction with all hearing aid fittings. She feels the counseling aspect is so important, and it can dictate the success or failure of any hearing aid outcome. Dr. Olchanowski always says, “The hearing aid is only part of the solution.”

Dr. Varricchio is originally from Connecticut, and she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut. She moved to Tucson, Arizona for three years to pursue her postgraduate career, and she received a master’s degree and doctorate from the University of Arizona. Dr. Varricchio is a licensed Audiologist in Connecticut and a Fellow of the Academy of Audiology.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Erin Parnell is a licensed hearing instrument specialist in Connecticut & Massachusetts. She joined Hear Again Center in December 2017 after 10 years in the industry. Erin studied psychology at Holyoke Community College & Western New England College. Her desire to help people has led her to become a hearing instrument specialist. Erin feels strongly that a patient centered approach to hearing care is vital and that life is worth hearing!

Erin is the youngest of 4 children & was raised in Holyoke, MA. She currently resides in Chicopee, MA. She lives with her fiance, Mario, and 2 cats named Benedict & Khaleesi. When she is not helping guide her patients toward better hearing, Erin is often found outdoors enjoying nature, or watching hockey.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Stacey began working in the hearing industry in 2014 and was drawn to the profession because of her younger sister, who suffers from hearing difficulties. Stacey saw firsthand the implications of her sister’s loss on their relationships with family members and on her own quality of life. This experience guided her professional decision to become a hearing instrument specialist.

What Stacey loves most about helping those with hearing loss is connecting people to their world again. Stacey strives for precise, custom solutions, concierge-level care, and verified best hearing in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Stacey loves enjoying the experience of being a new mom and spending time with family.
