April LaBelle, Au.D.
Audiologist
With a background in professional music, Dr. April LaBelle, AuD. CCC-A brings a unique and vibrant perspective to the practice. She is committed to enriching the lives of her hearing impaired patients with distinctive solutions to suit every person’s lifestyle and hearing needs. Dr. LaBelle received her Doctorate in Audiology as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Music and Bachelor’s degree in Theater from the University of Connecticut.
Dr. LaBelle has been with the Hear Again Center since 2014, and is a lifelong resident of Wethersfield, CT. She offers honest and accurate advice with individualized attention and is dedicated to providing the best possible service to her patients. She most enjoys the smiles on her patient’s faces when she greets them in clinic after a successful treatment solution has allowed her patient to ‘hear again.’ When not in clinic, Dr LaBelle continues to enjoy various musical pursuits and productions.
Dr LaBelle is a certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech -Language – Hearing Society. (ASHA)
Erin Parnell-Wilson, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Erin Parnell is a licensed hearing instrument specialist in Connecticut. She joined Hear Again Center in December 2017 and has a total of 17 years in the industry. Erin studied psychology at Holyoke Community College & Western New England College. Her desire to help people has led her to become a hearing instrument specialist. Erin feels strongly that a patient centered approach to hearing care is vital and that life is worth hearing!
Erin is the youngest of 4 children & was raised in Holyoke, MA. She currently resides in Chicopee, MA. She lives with her husband, Mario, and 2 cats named Benedict & Khaleesi. When she is not helping guide her patients toward better hearing, Erin is often found outdoors enjoying nature, reading or watching hockey.
Jonathan Callahan, HIS

Working at Hear Again as a Hearing Aid Specialist is deeply fulfilling. Each day, I have the privilege of helping individuals reconnect with the world around them, restoring not just their hearing, but their confidence and quality of life. Seeing the joy and gratitude on someone’s face when they can fully engage in conversations again is an experience that never loses its impact.
