I'm always grateful for the wonderful staff and professional services I received during every one of my appointments. I would recommend "Hear Again" for anyone who needs assistance addressing their Hearing Problems. They truly make sure your Hearing Aids are working perfectly, fit well and address ear problems you may need help with. You won't be sorry once you've visited "Hear Again." I again received excellent care (especially considering that I’m visiting from out-of-state, and my audiologist is not a network affiliate). It was easy to schedule an appointment, and after arriving, I only waited a few minutes. The audiologist very patiently explained the proposed process, and after I agreed, she finished in a short time. I hope I won’t have issues on future visits, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to return.

Everyone in the West Hartford office is great. Erin is especially a knowledgeable member of the staff. She listens to my questions and concerns and explains them thoroughly.

First hearing aid check up and Liz was very helpful. The hearing aid sounded better and she showed me how to get the most out of the phone app to hear my best in different situations!
